The Vietnam Veterans of America (VVA) Chapter 937 is excited to award eight scholarships, valued at $500 each, to commendable graduating seniors from Brazos Valley high schools, private schools, or homeschool students. To be eligible, students must be enrolling in an accredited four-year college, two-year college, or technical trade school in the fall of each year. The scholarships are VVA Chapter 937’s way of thanking our community and its citizens for their support of our veterans, particularly of Vietnam War-era veterans, throughout the years.

The 2017 Scholarship Committee met on 17 April 2017. Thirty-Four (34) highly competitive, excellent applications were reviewed by each member of the committee. Selected to receive this years $500.00 scholarships are the Eight (8) applicants listed below.
